It took me 5 minutes to work out how to control the game, despite the readme file. After I worked that out I saw the idea behind the game, and it's pretty neat.
The controls are very cumbersome, and I hate the space-b-v menu thingie, I kept hitting space for some reason, maybe because of the other games using it for actions, I don't know. And I kept getting stuck in the menu hehe.
The crystals made many lasers which usually ended up vaporizing my poor fairy. I also missed the chain effect part of the game. I realize that bombs next to eachother set eachother off, but it happens in a single frame and it's impossible to see what happened. Maybe you should add some kind of animation and explosion delay?
Erm. I didn't really get this game, at all. I accidentally killed my fairy a couple times and played with the laser orbs and diamond thingy at the top of the screen (which didn't seem to do anything except making noise?), and then suddenly I managed to get her over on the right side of the screen somehow, but then when I switched the orbs to try to get her further phantom lasers started popping up from nowhere, going all over the place and killing my fairy again. Then she wandered off-screen and stayed there until I quit the game.
I have no idea where chain reactions were supposed to come into this, but since things seemed a bit buggy I guess I might have missed the point. I'll just put N/A for theme.
Also, I didn't get any sound in the right speaker, it was all in the left one.
Very weird and hard to understand. Technical problems: ESC locking the game up with no way to exit, and a crash on the 2nd level. I have no idea what some of those crystals ever did... one made noise, I guess.
It would've been very nice if the cursor was mouse controlled, but I guess that wasn't in the cards. I think you maybe got too ambitious - should've stuck with the core concept, like maybe left click=jump, right click=toggle laser blob. Then only have bricks, unbreakable bricks, and laser blobs. A lot of solid gameplay could've been derived just from that, and you would've had more time to polish it off.
Semi-indirect control is cool, though the platforming movement is a little off. Lasering orbs are awesome (and have a nice sound effect, whee) but strangely laggy. Gameplay is difficult, I got stuck on level 2.
I liked the activation of laser orbs to make a laser, but the fairy was really annoying and moved too fast. Also, the difficulty of level 2 is a huge jump from level 1.
somehow i managed to get the laser to bend through space and go from one side of the screen all the way to the other... it knocked out two edge blocks and the fairy went through the one on the left, NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN
I didn't really get it. I couldn't figure out what exactly was supposed to happen with the lazers between the orbs, and it's so quick when you hit the fairy to reset, it's hard to figure out. Also, the fairy controls are weird. I think I see what you're trying to do, but it's not there for me.

Good first attempt though.
good effort though.
