UPDATE: The issue on Windows XP machines was fixed. Its probably too late now though, but the issue was caused when I compiled the game using py2exe on my windows 7 machine. Compiling on a windows xp machine fixed the issue.
The game is incomplete. The only thing you can do is
1.) select your island with the factory on it
2.) when you have at least 1 boat built by the factory you can click the 'Move 100% of Boats' button and then click on any other island to move the boats to it.
3.) moving the boats to the one enemy island (red) will destroy one of the enemy boats and one of your boats

THE PY2EXE HAS BEEN FIXED AND DOWNLOAD SIZE REDUCED. IT SHOULD WORK ON ALL WINDOWS MACHINES.
