I'm almost immediately stuck - 3 TVs blocking the bottom, 2 TVs blocking the lower path, and the insta-death on the top path. What gives?

@JohanAR: there's no loading bar and the game has about 5MB. Maybe that's a problem.

Very nice. Graphics make nice atmosphere. Grenade sound is a bit bad though. Idea is also cool and I guess it fits the theme nicely. May be more story about TVs and their crappy influence would have helped.
