Funwise... I actually enjoyed this. A lot. It's not a complicated game but damn.
Themewise, you pertained to not one but two themes, which is excellent.
As for audio, those meows are music to my ears.
I think I'll stop my usual approach here. The graphics and humour worked quite well. Moodwise it wasn't particularly hardcore but that's where the humourous tone comes in. Overall I give this 5 stars primarily because it's excellently silly and sillilly excellent.
Communitywise... I suggest you post more often. Post screenshots, and post betas where appropriate.
My advice: keep doing this sort of stuff. You could think of extras to do, like for instance you could have more levels where you have more tools and stuff could be more points or could lose you points. But there's really not much to say, to be quite honest.
The fish last until they're eaten and the more cats are on them the faster they go. When you get a LOT of cats on the screen they start eating up your fish like they're candy. I find throwing them out 2 at a time at this point helps.
The real problem (which I'll fix after the comp is over), is that the cats sometimes miss some fish. And when you have a bunch of uneaten fish lying around then you get stuck. I need to fix that bug and also allow the fish to be picked back up by the player.
