The game is set in the World of Mysria, where you will explore and solve puzzles to find out why you are there.
And more importantly, why no-one else is.
It's my first ever game, and also the first time using Lua. I made it with the LOVE engine, which is quite nice.
CONTROLS - WASD to move - Space to pick up keys and to read bookcases and signs.
Oh and because of a comment, I've decided to tell people this before they rate. The graphics we're not created by Oryx, I do admit they are they same style. But they we're created by me during the weekend.

I failed my task :c The game is pretty good. I'm pretty sure most of the graphics are from Oryx or Oddball, so I can't exactly rate you on that. Exploring the world was interesting, and it did feel quite lonely. I felt the procedural, chaotic music fit the world quite well.
The graphics are quite good and the sound, while simple, fits the game. I like the concept and the empty buildings gave a great feeling of emptiness and curiosity. I would have liked to know what I was supposed to be doing and the game ended pretty abruptly, but I expect those comments can be fixed with more time. Good job!
good stuff man :) duno if it was my computer or what but the guy was really fast and hard to control ;p

i found my love of coding at 13, and by 15 i had a game like this running, i was so confused, only now am i taking a class about basic C++. I was able to re-write my library so that all the functions worked on older computers that couldn't handle the larger images :D love your game though
Keep up the good work!
Also please fix the 'you're' typo on your house.
