The goal of the game is to hide from the other people and to collect points. Furthermore you can hide in buildings and you're able to collect Items which help you to run away from the AI. A few bugs are still in it and sry that we didn't get the online version up but this is our first Ludumdare and AS3 game.
i'm sorry, that was a little dickish of me. i did mean it as a serious comment though. the game itself worked okay, but it was inundated with those horrible 4chan memes which really ruined it in my eyes. also i entered the manual and then played the game and the background stuck to the comic.
This was a cool concept. I do agree that the memes were a little distracting, but I think that fits with the mood (forever alone is the main character).
I could definitely see this, with some additional work, being a fun little mobile game.
It's extremely irritating that you've packaged the swf up as a rar. If you'd just put it directly on your website then we could have played it directly in the browser instead of wasting time decompressing it.
why is it irritating? 1.the link: swf as rar... tells you the swf is in the rar... 2.and decompressing shouldn't take so long with 2mb ;) 3.as written in the discribtion and some people who have seen it: the "online" version doesn't worked well... because of the "pre-loading" for the sound etc...

a buddy got the same bug with the manual... this is wired because we tested it with 2 flashplayer versions where it works fine... xP
