Well, it's playable, and that's more than some guys here can walk away with. And you bothered with making some art, even gun flash. Well done for your first effort.

Lanched it 3 times to read all the introduction but I still don't understand how to kill my opponent?

you must read the included readme. the control to shoot is s though.

On the good side, congrats on completing your game! You might also want to make a postmortem and rate some of the games made by other people.

On the bad side, why do you need an installer for such a small game? It raises all sorts of red flags, and will make people skip your game :-(

I made it in XNA and that is how you use an XNA game, installer.

No, you don't need an installer for XNA! Do a Release build and the "Release" folder will contain the full game. Just zip and upload that. All those installers are quite annoying. Sure, the installer makes sure that XNA and .Net are installed, but most people got them already anyway.

Okay I will do that next time. I have updated the code though so I can't give a new download.

A good base for a game. My only real recommendation would be to not use an installer (yet this has already been addressed). For a first time entry, however, this is fairly decent and I've seen worse.
It was good to see a post-mortem as well.
