I'm not sure how it is that the cat counts as an 'artifact' and not a 'life sign', but I suppose that would spoil the concept :).

Lots of nice little touches in here, I particularly liked the particle effect when you walk across sand.

Pretty cool game. I dig the graphics and it has a nice atmosphere to it. Your level design is pretty brutal though - forcing the player to backtrack pretty long distances if they fall down the wrong hole is not super fun. At least I found the kitten :)

I liked knytt stories, so yours is alright :)

Nice concept, not a big fan of Knytt style games, but this was short and sweet.

Nice twist at the end :P
