Running Alone

Shows promise, but the controls were a bit clunky, and the character image could have used some work. Liked the background music, though! :)

The game idea wasn't bad, it was actually pretty good. At times the control would lag a lot which would cause me to die and start over. The jump noise got pretty annoying too. The regular music was nice. Defiantly fit the theme and mood tho. Good job.

decent, it seemed to be less laggy when you were jumping.
Sometimes it was hard to see, the contrast could have been altered a bit, as to show your character/bad things better.

I like the graphics, particular the "heat wave" effect, and the levels were interesting. The controls being a bit unresponsive was frustrating.

This is a decent game. The backgrounds are nice and the wavy effect is cool, but the look of the player and platforms could use some work. The fact that your movement is kind of laggy when on the ground is annoying.

Yeah, cool graphics effect in the latter half of the game. Agreed with the above, the controls when walking on the ground were laggy, but fine when in the air. It probably had something to do with your collision detection with the ground, maybe try without precise collision detection.

Nice idea, could have used better graphics. The blurry effect was good. Controls could have been improved as well...

Nice atmosphere, especially the effects later on in the game. Jumping felt a little strange.

I liked this one, although I suck at platformers. I have to agree, the controls felt a little cluncky but for 48 hours it's a cool game.
