We planned a much bigger quest but due to not making it in time, we had to cut it greatly.

Thought the concept was very cool and the art very impressive for a short game. I got stuck pretty early on I would say, but I'm rubbish at these games anyway :) Very nice!

Uncle Poppy is creepy, indeed. Couldn't get outside his store. Brrr :) Point and clicks aren't really my cup of tea either.

We found ourselves EXTREMELY tight for time so indeed we have some bugs. Among them is the difficulty to leave rooms, as lorancou noted :) Sorry about that.
Try clicking as close as possible to the bottom/edge of the screen. You will get it in the end.

For hardcore adventure gamers, I advise against looking at the hints. You can do it! :)

This sure takes me back a few years.
Great job on the writing.
Could use a lot more polish on the usability aspect (like NOT reverting to "walk" every time I do anything).

Nice little adventure game. I got stuck because i didn't think of talking with the candy shop owner about the same topic multiple times. Seems a bit odd to me. Only solved it thanks to our hints page.
