Maybe need a bit more adjustments and other balances, but it is really playable (but maybe hardcore), and there are ways to have fun !
Click on an electron of another nucleus to steal it. When you have more than 10 electrons with you, you can click on the monster in the center of the world to trade 10 electrons for ("your number of electrons" -10)*2 + 10...So if you have 14 electrons, you'll receive 18 points, you see ?
Play like hit-and-run, and be carefull, if you focus too much on a nucleus, he'll become angry...
Nice think, but a little bit too random. At least I couldn't find out why I never seemed to catch an electron. Ah well, such is the live of an aggressive atom, I guess. :-) Interesting enough, it doesn't become dull after quite some time, even though all you do is clicking around. Cool!
It's a bit random yes ahah, I think I will work again on it later, to make better behaviour and polished gameplay. To reach a hight score, you must play like hit-and-run, or like a wise thief...
Nice and original game idea! Also fits well with the theme. Quite difficult though and it lagged a bit on my computer (Firefox 11, Ubuntu 12.04, Flash 11.2).
I really much like this game. Although the windows download does not work and you have to include the source otherwise you break the rules. I'll come back to rate you very positive if you do ; )
Ok sorry I didn't know we must provide the source ! I fixed that, you can now download the archive that contains my three .as files (ActionScript3 classes)
Great game overall. :) Fits within the theme well, too. Awesome graphics aswell. I noticed I couldn't play the game twice in a row without restarting, but I didn't try it again so it might be a temporary problem.
I'm going to second the lag issues. There was a bit of lag in my comp aswell.
This has been really fun to play with. Actually I got a similar idea some time ago, but you've done it and in a really nice way. Hope you continue the develop
I would highly recommend a pause function as it goes quite long. A little bug: After restarting your last score is shown instead of 0. But with the exception of this it's great, I bet your highscore ; )

However you should had the score on the game over screen, and give the directions in a more clear way (the "tutorial" screen is not placed in an intuitive way (you don't reach it when you click on play, and when you do that first there is not information on what to do. The information in the intro is not enough to figure out what to do).
I still don't understand when I can and when I can't steal an electron, but I had lots of fun anyway! The art and the music are really well done, and the game play is original.
If you just have been touched by another nucleus, you are colored in red, you are invulnerable and you can't steal electron for few seconds. The rest of time, you can !
It's tough to control given that the entire control scheme seems to be based on moving the cursor quickly and trying to click electrons before your character catches up with the cursor, but that does lend a nice feel to the whole electron stealing process.
Funny intro, and the gameplay's amusingly fast, if imprecise. Nice work :).
"And that, kiddies, is how atoms work." Nice game. I wish the clicking had perhaps a slightly higher radius. I do think it deserves a lot in the fun category, though.
