This game was created in a couple of hours (less than 10) for Ludum Dare 23. The theme was tiny world. This is my first game jam, so please be gentle.
Complete 20 quests to win, kill additional monsters to increase your level to make fighting easier. Complete with the youngest age possible! What is your high score?

The timing mechanic is a nice little twist -- I would have liked to see battles play out all at once (instead of just repeatedly hitting a directional key to get the next turn), and for there to be a separate button for block to spice up the difficulty a little.
Also, bonus humor points for anything that satirizes RPG tropes.
Great job on your first LD game! I wish that there was more of a game, the battle system was very interesting, reminded me of critical points in Paper Mario battles. But after the 10th guy and seeing that nothing was changing except the text, I got kind of bored.
This man started fighting at 3. How he is 103 and he is still fighting! That's the spitit! Interesting battle system, but the game was monotonous. "you liked your tiny world" - as if :P
