Score seemed funny each time, 7 gens and 10 kills even when i died right at the start :) otherwise pretty solid, would've liked to see more intra-species cooperation + type mixing.

Lots of fun. Hard to understand what is good to mate with, but the playing-hard-to-get mating was amusing.

Really cool idea based off of the theme, a little hard to know who to mate with.

This game is not easy to play on a track pad, though the comments suggest thats its hard where ever you are. I LOVE hard games.

The graphics are nice and the movement feels really smooth. I like the concept a lot too (fits well with the theme), but I couldn't figure out how to know who to fight and who to mate with. Nice work.

visually a nice game; controls are not so nice with german keyboard as "y" and "z" are interchanged compared to the US layout.

Surprisingly fluid movement. I had fun just controlling it. The artstyle, although simple, serves its purpose for portraying the mood of the game. Nice work.

Looks and plays very nice. I wish there was some specific goal, even if it was just some kind of 'survive timer' or points to get. Good job though.

I liked that game a lot! The idea is nice - it's simple, but simple things are sometimes the most fun. The graphics are really well done, everything looks very polished. Controls work fine - except that it's not the most ergonomical key choice for those of us on a QWERTZ keyboard... :-) Sounds are minimal, but that works well for the retro-style.

Over all this is a really good game in it's own right, even outside of Ludum Dare! I'm quite impressed!

Oh, and FYI: works fine in Firefox 10 on Linux.

Can't play this well at all on a trackpad, but with a mouse this might play well. Neat concept, and seems well executed, well polished.

I liked the controls, which is refreshing when rating LD entries

Interesting idea. Wasn't quite sure if I was supposed to mate with every types (lol), but once I downgraded from the big Red genotype to the Blue genotype, I figured I could get closer to the small Green genotype. Got killed before I had a chance to even flirt with one though.
