Play the small Piiu and help him to grow up. Piis and wisps want to kill you, so try to defend yourself and get as many experience as possible. will you get a cool Piiu?
Note: Possibly the Linux version does not work. Please comment if Land of Piiu does not work on your platform.
The fun drains way after playing the game for the few minutes as the repetitiveness pursued. The enemies don't appear that often and the scrolling seems to be too slow for me.
I really liked the background music but it didn't loop so after a while it was just sound effects. Fortunately the sound effects were nice.
Like the concept. the start of the game was briefly hectic as a got my bearings but then it droned on in a cute way. Liked the simple but colorful art. the pickups were neat how they snapped to you regardless of where the avatar was. The final explosion of the avatar was actually a pretty neat color mask growing. Oh good parallax scrolling helped the overall feel.
