Well, it's not exactly sexy, and there's stuff I didn't get to add (backgrounds, better graphics, music, more sounds, etc.), but it is a game, and I hope you have fun with it!
Neat concept, but I have a few suggestions: Maybe for the first level, require fewer evolution points, get us hooked on leveling up and then make us work for it. Second, the tadpole rotating around the cursor made it kind of hard for me to learn how to handle/control my little dude.
Sorry to say, but I've played (and made) this exact game many times before. It should start a little easier and give you some means of restoring health.
This is one of the sharpest gameplay difficulty curves i've seen, but it's still addictive. Too bad the idea has been done quite a few times by quite a few people (including me). Nice effort, though!
