use the arrow keys to change which island city thing you are targetting.
space - Move (1 turn) r - Rob bank (1 turn) l - Build labratory (1 turn, $2000) s - Build missile silo (1 turn, 10 lab points, $10000)
The objective to to build the silo and fire the missile without getting caught be the detective (red dot). The detective can investigate islands to find you or your facilities. If a facility is found, it is destroyed. If you are found, you lose.
Was a bit of a pain getting it to run on windows. It would be nice if you provided a zip with the sdl dlls included. As for the game, it was interesting strategy getting the lab built then running around robbing banks to distract the detective.
The zip archive contains Ruby source files. I don't have Ruby installed, so I could not play this.

I think it's an error to think that everyone have installed the Ruby interpreter and the rubygems library. I love Ruby but it's a bad choice for this kind of competitions
