use the arrow keys to change which island city thing you are targetting.
space - Move (1 turn)
r - Rob bank (1 turn)
l - Build labratory (1 turn, $2000)
s - Build missile silo (1 turn, 10 lab points, $10000)
The objective to to build the silo and fire the missile without getting caught be the detective (red dot).
The detective can investigate islands to find you or your facilities. If a facility is found, it is destroyed.
If you are found, you lose.
