May 2, 2013 *UPDATED LINKS*: I updated the links to use Dropbox instead of 4shared. Also, I added a MAC OS/X .app link. I'm not sure how .app files are uses, but I put it there just in case. Please allow 10-15 seconds for download to begin if it hasn't already.
