sC10N uses the free and most excellent LOVE2D engine: love2d.com
As well as: GarageBand and GIMP
It's rough but surprisingly charming, only 10 levels, hopefully you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it. All source is in the Source db folder including the Love installers. You can also get the installer from the love2d.com website.
I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing in the end. I don't know what is good or what is bad.
