Hello! This is the first time we've done a game jam here, and boy was it close! 7 minutes left as of writing this. First game in Unity too, so apologies for any problems that may be caused from using it :P
CONTROLS (not explained in game because of time):
A/D -> Move left and right Space -> Jump Left/Right arrows -> Shoot left or right Up/Down arrows combined with the above -> Shoot at an angle
Later levels will require more powerful weapons. When you complete a certain number of kills in a level, you get money. These can buy better guns (some of which explode!)
The game is mathematically finishable, but playtests had to be cut short. Hey, take it as a challenge!
Reset your high scores, money, level unlocks and inventory by hitting the Reset Game button in the main menu.
There are high scores per level, and all relevant data is shown at the top of the screen when you play a level.

Maybe you need more encouragement to play this game? You play as a girl on a stage shooting Vikings. If you want anything else then I am literally speechless.
A very cool style (I love the stage setting), though the difficulty of the stages mounts faster than the rate you get better guns, so it's a tad grindy.
