The game will give you a target time to guess. You have to click when you think that much time has gone by. If you get it wrong, you the difference is deducted from your "10 seconds of health".
Dumb things happen in the background to distract you.
Some of the distractions are audio, so have your volume on.
I actually liked this quite a bit. Pretty funny. Different than the other counting games I've seen so far. I kept trying to see how many different scenarios there were.
