Jump Frog

You are a rare Lithuanian Limpet Frog, and its time to mate. Unfortunately somebody seems to have built a motorway between you and your traditional mating pond.

This is the first game I've written in years, and the first ever in Unity, so please be gentle. And believe it or not, there is a way to win, but you've only got one chance to find it.
