Here's my entry for the game jam.

This is my first time participating in Ludum Dare and my first time using Unity.

You are on a mission to rescue the last one of a species.
And you're given only one weapon to fight with.

Controls:
A/D or Left/Right Keys to move left and right
Mouse to aim & shoot
Space to jump
M to mute/unmute sounds

In later levels:
1 and 2 to give orders
Alt to mount/unmount your ride

Edit 17.12.2013: Fixed a bug that made playing the game on the Windows Standalone barely possible

Fun narrative however the controls were a little hard to figure out which made the game artificially hard at certain points. Good work with art and design tho. Well done

This was more fun than I expected! Good variety in mechanics. Controls/graphics were a bit wonky though. Overall very good job, especially for your first ludum dare entry :)

Pretty neat level design - nice and easy with a good level of challenge, new challenges introduced at a good pace to the player.

I can't seem to mount my ride, however :(]

I liked the use of the one apple as a weapon.

Haha, that was an amazing game! Don't let the graphics fool you! Great puzzles and very witty! Good thing I'm a wizard when my only weapon is an apple... ;)

Oh, and I'm not sure if I was supposed to kill the king at the end or not, but it felt good doing it :D.

Except for the fact that I hate games that use both keyboard and mouse as controls, this game is pretty solid and fun to play! It reminds me of Another World.

Really enjoyed this, though the controls were sometimes a bit frustratingly loose. Chandelier room was my favorite.
