Collect the falling "Packages" (the blue, purple, red, and yellow balls) to get ammo. You only get one shot and you can only carry one at a time.

move with arrow keys, shoot "package" with space bar.

There doesn't seem to be any executable application in the included zip archive. Those without the paid version of GameMaker Studio cannot run the project because of the limitations.
