No current fail condition. Was running into some weird timer bugs and decided to just submit instead of wasting more time on that.
Also, its probably not apparent but you can't shoot on the lower level without resource. Earn it by shooting the yellow enemies on the surface and picking up what they drop.
I can tell you can definitely add more features that would only enhance the game play. perhaps, create a larger scrollable world, or create new enemies, etc.
