Here's my entry! It might not seem much, a 2d beat 'em up with coder art and no storyline nor sound/ music. However, I learned a great deal from this as I coded this in Java without libs while learning from gameprogrammingpatterns.com. It's an awesome experience seeing Design Patterns come together like this. I've had more fun coding the patterns than coding the game but I am proud of the knockback implemented :P Lots of bugs/ unimplemented features. I'm uploading this to show that I've been in the Jam, you do not need to rate this entry ;)
About the theme. I wanted to implement a story about high schoolers and specific behavior. A bully who's actually just afraid nobody would like him. A girl that likes you and tries to attract your attention by spreading bad rumors about you and so on.
