Interplanetary Plant

We (LittleFinix and igwb) created this game together. It was the first time we participated as a team.

In the game you play as an interplanetary plant that somehow manages to grow in space, connecting planets.

Please run the game as 720x576.

Scroll the camera with WASD or the arrows keys. Place a new element by klicking on an existing one.

This is a very cool idea! I'd love to see this expanded into a full game. It took me a while to figure out how to get water in the first place, since you have to click very close to the planet in order to draw roots. Also 13 planets seemed a bit tedious, would be nice to have faster stem-drawing tools.

It took me a few tries to get the mechanics down and the constant clicking and dragging got a bit tedious, but it's definitely an interesting idea. I could easily see a more full game being made out of this concept.
