A child with horrible nightmares, you must run from monsters and try to stay in the light!
I think it's obvious we didn't finish. Very close, but there are very few sound effects, and no music. Also a few textures had to be made by the programmer and now subtract from the overall look of the game.
All criticisms are appreciated!

Addictive art style. The game mechanism is easy and clear, the operation goes smooth (although when you keep sprint it is easily to get stuck before jump).
The difficulty curve works smooth, from only run/jump with no risk, to the first weapon, to the first place you could die (yeah, drowning, :D). Nice work! If it is not a Jam entry you definitely do it better.
Had a good mood to it, with nice graphics. A shame the background sounds didn't loop, would've helped with the mood even more. I don't see how this fits with the theme though.
Looks really good, the light/fear mechanic is interesting and works well, the mood is sufficiently dark. Some background noises would definitely take it even further, but it works well on its own. Good job!
Nice graphics, but the controls felt kinda choppy to me. The kid is trying to run through walls. The running animation looks silly, could use a few extra frames. Also there's a child running around carrying a firearm. Obviously it's for fighting against monsters and the kid is having a dream, but could you not make it something else/more creative? Could use some BGM as well. Overall, there is something, but not all that much. Nice try though.
