STORY You like to hunt every once in a while. However, everyone always shoots more game than you. But not today. You have a BRILLIANT idea. You get in your car and start driving. Today is your big day! You are going to get all the game on you windscreen.
CONTROLS The controls are rather simple: A to go left. D to go right and you can even mute the game with M.
TOOLS USED Programmed in TypeScript using THREE.JS. Sprites made in Paint.NET and Adobe Photoshop. 3D models made in Blender (first for me).
I like how the difficulty increases. I don't like that the scoreboard resets immediately upon death, so you can't see how good you were. Graphics are nice too.
hahah! When this started I didn't make much of it... but the inclusion of the screen damage and the awesome tune make this a hit for me :) Well done! I got to 23 and it was going so fast I was laughing! great work, seriously fun :D Top marks for fun!
I don't know which is more evil: A game about running deer down in a car or that music you've done. Monstrous.. it'll be stuck in my head for days now. :P
Not bad at its core, it just needs a few minor tweaks. As others have mentioned, a high score or game over screen would be really helpful. It would also make it less a game of luck at high speeds if you increased the draw/spawn distance. Around 20, things come so quickly that you can end up in situations where you die before you can move out of the way, even with perfect reaction speed. Not bad though, just needed a little more to make it really stand out.
The game is simple and easy play. On the downside though, it's so simple that I lost interest pretty quickly. Needs more to it but a great start to something!
