Save your children! Some monsters want to eat your posterity. You can kill these monsters and feed your children. New child will spawn after getting score - eating the meat. Controls: move your cursor to rotate your bacterium and click in the screen to shoot.
I really like the different types of enemies and how they swarm your "children". The challenge ramps up at a good pace so it doesn't get boring and overrun you where you have to really prioritize the path their taking to eat what you shoot. Very good game!
It would be nice if you could hold the mouse down instead of clicking so much. Nice graphics and music. Interesting idea of being locked into one place instead of moving around. It seemed unfair at first until more child blobs spawned, and then it was easier.
I am guessing there is no win condition -- I quit some time after 1300 points.
This was actually really fun! It feels like the audio balance needs a little bit of tweaking (sfx are a bit too loud), but there was a decent bit of diversity with the enemies, if there were upgrades available somewhere it may help to make the game a bit more engaging as a result, but it's a fun entry none-the-less! :)
5/5 Audio for the sad trombone hahaha. Seriously though, awesome music, cool art and fun game (though I had to quit around 6000 points due to RSI haha). I think it would be better if you could hold down mouse to shoot, but either have limited bullets that recharge when not shooting, or a secondary attack that you can charge with combos or something, just to add strategy beyond "how fast can you click." Overall really cool though :)
