Far, far away, in the remote hills of a wealthy Kingdom, the Royal Treasury lies hidden between the trees. Skreen the Dragon has been chained to the entrance to guard the King's gold.
Until recently, it was an easy job - only a few tasty sheep wandered by from time to time. But then, the rumors about the tower's location started and adventurers from all eight corners of the Kingdom began searching for it.
Pretty neat game overall. Short and sweet mechanically. Could of used some more gimmicks perhaps?But fun game also funnily enough a tree spawned on me and I died.
Wow you have done the chain only with Crafty, that's impressive! I would have just used a physics library, but your solution is nicer. The overall mood is also very good.
Really nice game. The graphics are cute, the audio is good and the gameplay mechanics are quite interesting. I liked how the chain affected your movement and the fact that you could burn the trees. The game is still a bit buggy though, on my first attempt it didn't advance to level 2. Also, the hit detection seemed kind of random. Made it to level 4, it was a bit annoying to not be able to move when close to an enemy, which ultimately killed me. Overall, I liked this game, good job!
The chain was a fun idea. It would have been even more fun for the chain to have more meaning in the game. For example preventing you from getting some item in the distance, enemies pulling on the chain or getting enemies tangled in the chain.
