Not a fan of the subject matter, personally. My biggest suggestion is to have the WASD controls not move your character in relation to where your character is pointed. That feels more natural.

secondly, an ammo counter would be nice to help keep track of how many fetuses we have to shoot. I know it's only 5 but it would be nice.

thirdly, give the game a bit more "juice" to the shooting and the enemy killing. The lack of sound, in particular, on enemies dying makes the kills feel weak.

Not bad, but it took me a really long time to realise the WASD controls are relative to the direction you're facing. Thought they were really broken for a while XD I like the mechanics of the gun, though it would be nice to know how many babies I have left :P

Nice top-down. I feel like the pace could be a bit faster and of course, like everyone else, an ammo counter.

Theme-wise, I don't like the subject matter or choice of weapon but it *is* unconventional so it fits.

This music, by being so disconnected from the game, is really disturbing :)
As for the background graphics - I like them.
But about main part, the gun: does it do anything else than being part of the story? I'd like zombie fetuses to move around a little.

Not really, there's no death screen as I run out of time. But you do get up to 60 aborted fetuses max on wave 30.

The idea is pretty horrible, but also hilarious. The controls were a little weird, it took me a while to figure out it's relative to the mouse direction. Fun game though, enjoyed killing aborted babies.. never thought I'd type that.
