I was about to give this 5 stars in 5 categories when i read, "Do not score unrunnable entries". This game keeps crashing before I can get started but the screenshots alone are enough to make you a true hero. Godspeed, Captain Awesome...
LOL, sorry if it doesn't run on your computer. I didn't do any optimizations at all. There was a time where I considered compressing the textures to get the file size down, but instead I chose to grab all of the free cars from the Unity asset store and add them to the game.
It runs smoothly for me, on a desktop with a 5 year old graphics card. And my laptop (with an Intel Atom CPU and integrated GPU) feels like it gets 8 FPS at max settings.
I just moved the zip over to Dropbox, it is sooo much faster to download there than from my GoDaddy webhost. Now you should get it in 3 minutes, instead of 30-120.
