You should provide a zip of your game to make it easier to download. Also, i don't know if it's a bug on my computer, but instead of transparency on your sprites, i got a green background on each of them. Anyway, you got the basics of a thrower game engine, keep up !
You should really state that the builds are inside source folder or better upload them somewhere else as well and add as Windows build links. I would miss it if it was not pointed in comments. :)
Wasn't sure if I was running the right file, could see the hitboxes for everything in green. Fire rate and bullets felt a bit slow. Didn't get to see any cats :(
you should have put the windows .exe on different links :)
