Commodore Caverns is a procedurally generated cave exploration game, in which the player is tasked with exploring the rumored dumpsite of a treasure trove of unsellable 1980s toys.
The only source of light is a Faraday 9600, a helium balloon and flashlight which also allows users to jump and fall with a reduced gravity. The bouncy, sturdy balloon functions as a makeshift weapon, and can be swung to bat away discarded toys which have become vaguely sentient, seeking out the device's battery power.
Technical note: The game features randomly generated caverns which can hypothetically be explored endlessly. However, while dead ends have been somewhat patched, they are still a possibility.
