Control a stick-figure-like hero that is on a quest to the right. Walk him through the night as he encounters literally dozens of flies or whatever. Use your rather conventional flashlight as An Unconventional Weapon to paralyze these creatures. Collect their corpses to gain health and somehow also energy for your torch.
Best of luck and don't get lost in the dark! (just walk to the right)
