My first ludum dare entry. I am a huge fan of 'A Dark Room' and I wanted to take a stab at it. Didn't have as much done as I wanted but stay tuned, I will be adding to it. ANY Suggestions more than welcome! Thanks to all for their awesome entries. It has been my pleasure.
Hi everyone, the game didn't make much sense beforehand. But I am adding a ton of new stuff to it. There will be events like breakins to your apartment. Stay tuned!
I suggest that the number of elements on the startup can be reduced a little. If they're gradually shown one after another, it would be easier to start playing.
And the precision issues in JavaScript is tricky. Here it shows visitors: 11.799999999999994. What's more a saving button would be good. Maybe you can try the method in 'A Dark Room': encoding/decoding data into BASE64 format.
I'm also a fan of 'A Dark Room' (and once thought about making a similar game) and I'm possibly going to stay tuned :)
