You really should have this hosted somewhere. "Web" links are meant for games that are actually hosted, not direct links to files containing HTML. No browser can run it from a local disk because phaser is using cross origin requests. For example, the error in Chrome: XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///Users/james/Downloads/LD/assets/AlGard.fnt. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.
