Imagine that you are mother of thee kids. You are typical housewife and you daily activity consists of cleaning, washing, cooking. You are in despair. Even when you sleep you are depressed. For the purpose of fighting with this, while you are asleep you get a gun on you stomach, which can destroy daily things - groceries. So, how much time you can survive in this fight?
