Dragon Quest

Short, very simple platformer.

Well, that was pretty short and sweet, haha. I love the concept, you nailed the theme. The controls are a little crazy, though-- I pretty much just flew over the whole level because the dragon could jump so high.

I like your sound effect xD

Cute! Jumping could use some love, that's where I'd focus my efforts for next time :)

Playing as the dragon was funny :) Controls could be a bit tighter though

Effectively, very short game, hitboxes are a little glitchy sometimes.

Pretty simple, but gets to job done. I "loose"d a few times, but it was quite easy to beat cos it was so short.

The hitboxes are very hard to judge.
The dragon falls through the floor when dying.
The levels are built such that it's unreasonably difficult to avoid falling into most pits the first time around, since they're offscreen exactly where you'd naturally land jumping from a platform.
The dragon has robot legs for some reason?
And the background is too short, easy to jump over.
and finally (and this is easy to fix) DON'T PUBLISH DEVELOPMENT BUILDS - they make a console pop up, you don't want that.

I do like the fact you start off from the right side, like a boss would in a standard platformer, and I like that the level design seems to be built from a player's perspective.

The entry needs a lot more work; I've seen worse first attempts: this one runs fine and works mostly as intended, which is more than I can say for a lot of entries. And I wish you luck with future projects. But the game just lacks anything to make it stand out. sorry.

Nice 2d, high speed movement, but you jump 2 times and clear the entire level, if you don't cheat it's good

Very short, fun though. I really like that I can ride on my fireballs, seems like a neat concept, even if you didn't mean it.

good job, jumps are a little weird, feels more like flying :D
