For my first Ludum Dare, I've made this game with Unity & gimp.
In this game you are a monster that have kidnapped a princess in this tower, but heroes from the entire kingdom want to save the lady and they are climbing your tower ! You have to protect yourself by throwing any object around you ! How many Heroes can you defeat before dying or falling ?

Heh, the monster throwing furniture and gold bars to protect himself is pretty funny.
It felt like I wanted the items to drop from where the monster was holding them off to the side in his hand, instead of from his center. I missed a bunch of times at first because of that. Once I figured it out, I was ok, but it was hard to aim, especially for small things like the sword.
Really like the music and the general idea, as others have said I think it would have been better if the drop had been from where the monster was holding the item as opposed to it being centered.
Wilhelm scream is always equally jarring! Would have been satisfying if items could drop "through" the targets so you could make combos (each with it's distinct excalating sound ofc)
Good choice of projectiles in this simple game! As others already said, a combo system and more intuitive aiming for the projectiles would be good improvements over the current gameplay.
Great sense of humour! The objects you can throw are a great random fun asset. I feel like the cooldowns should be shorter though, it is very hard to survive only on objects.
The idea that you are literally throwing anything you can find on the good guys is pretty funny. The special weapons are neat and it's really well made.
My only issue is the window size, as it was too high for my monitor.
Hilarious with all the different objects that you could throw. It really lifted the overall experience and made me wanna play more just to see what would come next :)
Great game! I enjoyed throwing random stuff on soldiers. The gameplay is simple but works great. Nice job adding several attacks with different pros and cons. Graphics, music and sound effects are good as well. Great job!
Good simple game. Bit confusing at first that the things I threw went straight down from the monster rather than from where I was holding them. Overall it's great fun and would play this on my phone forever I think.
Apparently the movement controls still respond to the WASD keys which is a bit awkward since D is also mapped to Flamethrower. But anyway, this was a pretty fun entry to play and I had a little laugh when one of the projectiles you could throw was a Nokia 3310 (because we all know how tough these things are ;D)
