My first game jam, my first entry! It wanted to make more of a visual novel and well...it has no gameplay. I think, that was not the best idea, content creation is hard. Next time, I will focus on game play. Nonetheless, I had fun and learned a lot, so please enjoy! (Linux version is untested!)
Controls: WASD/ARROWS - Movement Shift, hold - Run Space - Jump
WARNING: There is still a bug and for the love of it, I cannot find the source. Sometimes, but not always, the screen will stay red after a cutscene, if one goes right first. This can be avoided if one goes left first and sees the end, then restart with 'R'. Should one get stuck in the red screen, only a restart of the client helps (close and reopen). Sorry about that! If somebody knows how to fix this, please tell me.
I couldnt get through much before the screen was just red. was also a pain to restart without being able to get through text a bit fast. I like the look a lot though.
This wasn't bad! But it wasn't great either. For a first time it's totally fine, but there's literally 1 choice (unless I missed something). The audio was pretty good, unfortunately unratable.
Lovely art, and nice mood. The bloody font ads a lot to it, and the representation of headache by the red flashes. Good to see someone else thought of this kind of story too.
Nice graphics and history but i found the text writing sound to be really annoying after 2 minutes, maybe a way to skio the text writing animation? Good job overall
