This is a card game. You will have to download and print the cards out to play. I recommend printing out at least two copies because 38 cards in a deck really isn't much. Duplicates aren't a problem.
Is that a hassle? Well, I'm sorry.

Object of the game: Be the last player remaining with any Prestige.
Gameplay:
Four to six players.
Start with (20) prestige and (1) propaganda and a Character Type:
Character types are as follows:
Peasant
Commoner
Rich
Scientist
Student
Merchant
Service Worker
Politician
Idol
One player starts as the Monster.
All other players are Human.
Each round starts choosing a card to place face down. After you place a card down, you draw a card.
When all players have a card face down, flip the cards up.
The monster player uses the card effect of the monster half of the card.
The human players use the card effect of the human half of the card.
Order of cards played is determined by the following hierarchy:
1. Human Persist or Static
2. Monster Static
3. Monster Priority
4. Human Priority
5. Monster
6. Human
If more than one of the same type of card is played, order starts from the monster's position and goes clockwise.
After a Monster plays his card, he or she chooses a player to Attack. The attacked player loses Prestige equal to the Propaganda of the Monster. If that player's Prestige falls to zero or below, they are eliminated.
When a persist card is played, it is placed in front of the player who used it until its effect ends. When it ends, add it to the discard pile.
After all cards are played, the turn ends. If you have more than seven cards in hand at the end of the turn, discard cards until you have seven. Then the next turn starts. The player clockwise from the monster becomes the monster for the new turn.
