Fairly simple, not seen anyone get stuck yet.

Q. No sound?

A. Ran out of time.

Q. What did the player do?

A. Nothing. That's the feeling I wanted to invoke "What did I do?".

Q. Ending is just running up to a black screen, what the hell?

A. Sorry about that, ending was cut do to time. (Didn't give any closure, but where meant to make you feel better again)
