Usually we try to avoid Terrorists. But what if you ARE the Terrorist? Your mission is to blow up as many people as possible, by any means necessary, and the Terrorist with the most amount of kills wins.
But... what does this have to do with Monsters? Terrorists are monsters. Metaphorically. Just deal with it.

I hate to be "that guy" and all, but since you used outside assets, like the title screen background and children cheering and such, this should be in the Jam, not the compo. Hopefully you don't have to resubmit to move it over. That said, I think you did the theme very well. The aforementioned cheers were wonderfully jarring, and tying a scoring system into it made it appropriately inappropriate. Like Piotrek said, the movement was a bit weird, but the game didn't require super precise actions, so that was fine. I wish the money dropping was a bit more effective as well, I couldn't really get anything to happen with it.
Fits the theme well. Dark humour, but high points for humour nonetheless. Perhaps the money dropping could have been used as a mechanic to lure more civilians to the intended blast radius?
BTW, it's funny to see that they're going into the smoke I made and die. Those guys are idiots. :p
