You play as the Kraken and as nobody would expect otherwise your goal is to take all ships down with you to the bottom of the sea. However they are fighting back so take care!

So this was one hell of a rollercoaster! Being my first participation in a game jam I (of course) set my goals way to high and the finished product is only a fraction of what I had in mind. However I think it turned out ok for the time I put in (a little bit less than 2 days) and it sure was a lot of fun. Sound is lacking quite obviously but I underestimated how much work this would be at the end.
I liked the art style quite a bit! I think it could have used a little more as far as complete game flow goes (starting up/ ending) that sort of user experience stuff. Good job!
First, the graphics and the sounds are great. Good job! I didn't get what are those things coming from the see to hurt you when you get near to a ship. Some info about your life and a game over screen/menu would be good too. As you said, it was your first time in the jam and you did the most important thing: finish the game. Nice job =)
