My entry for LD33 !
Controls :
- M to stop music
- Use arrow keys to move
- Space to interract
So the theme was "You are the monster" ! Well, here you're just a kind lonely ghost trying to get friends. To do this, you will need to help people in their house, and not scare them doing strange thing because they can't see you. I find this cool concept while thinking to the manga "Dusk maiden of amnesia" so that's why some of you may find the reference.
In the end, this concept bring me to a little puzzle game, where you have to think before acting not to scare the people in each levels. Sadly, because of time, the game has only two ... I had tons of ideas to implement in the game, but I totally missed time to draw and integrate them.
Now, my favorite thing, list time !
What's cool in Yukko :
- Yukko herself !
- Finding and interact with objects
What's REALLY missing :
- More level, with more interractions (I had a lot of level design ideas)
- Interractions bringing reactions (like people moving based on what you did)
- Better graphics, I really need to get better until next LD
