This Game didn't seem to be either of the two themes. 3 Lives is rather tight for a bullet hell game, and I guess the visuals and music are cyberpunk, but other than that the idea didn't really come through to me.
Nearly no indication that you were hit. The background makes things (especially player's sprite) a bit hard to see. It doesn't fit ANY of the two themes.
And not sure how to connect this with the theme.
