Conga Master, a two button growing game developed for LudumDare34!
Description
Come on, shake your body baby, do the conga, I know you can't control yourself any longer!
Can you get everyone in the Secret Flamingo Dance Club to join you in the ultimate conga? Get everybody dancing to the rhythm of your hips and make the longest conga mankind has ever seen... are you up to the Final Conga challenge?
Don't bump on dancers or they will get annoyed and... beware of stinky pigs disguised as cool clubbers! If your conga stinks, you will lose momentum!
Controls
A: Steer left S: Steer Right A&S: Turbo Conga
How to Play
Dance near other people to gain their attention and trigger their Conga Meter. After a while, they will join your awesome conga and it will become even more awesome.
Your momentum will decrease if you don't get new members to join your conga. But congas are hungry for new dancers, so the larger your conga, the more dancers it will require to keep up the momentum!
Don't bump on people or they will become annoyed and will refuse to join you!
Avoid Pigs in disguise! They look cool, but they stink and will make you lose momentum if they get in your conga!

Thought this was pretty hilarious. Music was very catchy and the art was cool.
I think mechanics lacked a bit of depth, the game didn't feel that fun to play or challenging. I thought once I got more people it would become quite hard to move around, but I got 12 people to follow me and it didn't feel that hard.
I liked the feel of the game, moving around the disco, with the catchy tunes and people clapping. It just needs to be a bit more challenging.
Great game! Loved the whole disco/conga theme. Animations look totally rad. If I would have to suggest anything it would be to speed the game up a bit. The start of a round can feel a bit slow, especially when you play the game more than once.

This was so much fun just seeing the little guys doing the conga. There were so many different people with their own moves and all...
I found it somehow just ended after a while, as there wasn't too much feedback when you did wrong (the pigs look so cool I wanted all of them to join my conga).
This was incredible, I was sitting like an idiot smiling and chuckling to myself the whole time.
Also have to point out I love how you show what the movement mechanic is when you're picking who to play as before the actual game even starts, it's a small detail but it's genius. I'm looking forward to your future games :)

Just impossible stop smiling meanwhile you play this game! Very funny and...definitely I'll be a conga master for the new year! And I love the music, I can't get it out of my head! I like the pig too, although it can destroy the conga but who cares, it's so cool.
Well that was innovative :D One of the most hilariously unexpected games of this jam! Also I love how you integrated 2 button controls scheme in the menus. 5/5 keep up the good work!

Loved it! Loved the graphics (and music). I'm assuming the music isn't yours because I can't rate on the audio but it was good. Very funny too. Awesome job guys! c:
Amazing game! Music is super catchy and it is very addictive. I found that if you bump into a table you can keep your conga line still and attract all of the nearby dancers. I wonder whether you should penalize the player for doing this by draining momentum faster? Definitely one of my favourites so far!
The only thing I can't understand is why you wouldn't want to have pigs in the conga. But seriously well made game. Took me a try before I figured out how to circle people to lure them into the line. There might be a need for some tweaking though to make it perfect as a game because it was really hard (if not impossible) to come back from capturing a pig. It could also be interesting if the entire conga helped draw people near but that the momentum was dropping faster the longer the conga got.
Managed to get to 19 before I lost. Stupid pig ruined my run!
