Rhythm Rider is a quite simple rhythm game. The basic mechanics are simmilar to Taiko: Drum Master. You need to get into a rhythm, using only two buttons. If you successfully finish an event spot (orange line), you can get bonus points and extra lives. And don't forget to try both difficulty levels.

Z - First button
X - Second button
F1-3 - Change screen scale
F4 - Switch fullscreen mode
END - Quick exit
R - Quick restart
