It's exam season so i didn't have as much time for this as I'd hoped. As it is you can talk to the man you are driving around in your taxi. Use A and D, or Left Arrow and Right Arrow on your keyboard to advance dialogue and choose "yes" or "no", (Left is yes, Right is no). Events fire on a random timer so you just have to wait a little bit for each conversation.
Made using an engine I worked on a bit once called S-Tengine 2.
